Robert Krupp, VP Sales & Marketing

Rob brings nearly fifteen years of diverse experience in the wine industry to T. Elenteny Imports. Before joining the logistics side of the business, Rob cut his teeth working in distributor sales in Colorado and New Jersey with Baroness Wines and Polaner Selections, respectively. On the import side, Rob spent four years with Vine Connections, working first as a Regional Sales Manager, then progressing to establish a National Accounts program for this importer.  This diverse experience has given him the opportunity to sell and import wine to nearly every state in the Union.

Rob is a proud graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle, where he majored in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.  In addition to his time in the wine business, he has worked in sales management for a Fortune 500 company and running his own start up catering business.

Now that he has the experience of coordinating over 500 containers for T. Elenteny Imports, he is able to take his unique approach to analyzing numbers, trends, and market moves to help our customers personalize an import program that best suits the needs for their particular business model.  Rob’s goal is always to help his customers maximize their efficiency by ordering smart and maintaining positive cash flow without sacrificing business due to out-of-stocks and/or shipping delays.

When not immersing himself in how to improve import logistics for his customers, Rob spends the majority of his time with his wife and two young sons in their hometown of Denver, Colorado.  Rob is a rabid baseball fan, dog lover, and concert-goer who embraces travel, running, golf, and the therapeutic benefits of celebrating food and wine.
