Tim started in the service industry in San Francisco, quickly helping each of his employers rein in costs, grow sales and implement new systems to become more profitable. He then ventured out on his own successful enterprise as an entrepreneur, starting Baroness Fine Wine Distributors. After selling this business, Tim was recruited to the East Coast. As the Sales Director for Polaner Selections, Tim oversaw New York City and the Tri-State area, which catapulted him into the most competitive wine wholesale stage in the US. He helped to increase annual revenues from 13M to 28M in just three years and built a stellar sales team as well as countless trade relationships.
In the beginning, as an entrepreneur, Tim saw an under-serviced niche in the wholesale, fine-wine distribution market in Colorado, so he opened Baroness. He executed this start-up and growth plan, growing sales to 9M annually in the first three years of operation and achieved on-schedule, targeted ROI in two years. Likewise, T.
